1. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We issue refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

    • Is canceled by Inspire Hope Creations
    • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed.
    • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    2. What items are eligible for returns?

    You can return items that are defective, damaged, or have print quality issues. Personalized or customized items are typically only eligible for return if they are defective.

    3. How long do I have to request a return?

    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    4. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

    If your item arrives in a defective or damaged condition, please email support@inspirehopecreations.com within the specified timeframe. We may ask for photos or additional details to assess the issue.

    5. Can I return an item if I'm unhappy with the print quality or design?

    If you believe there is a significant issue with the print quality, please contact support@inspirehopecreations.com. However, minor variations in color or print quality may occur in the print-on-demand process and might not be eligible for return.

    6. How do I initiate a return?

    To initiate a return, please contact support@inspirehopecreations.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process, which may include providing necessary information and photos.

    7. Who covers the cost of return shipping?

    The customer is typically responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is being returned due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    8. Can I get a refund or a replacement for the returned item?

    Depending on the circumstances and item availability, we may offer you a choice between a refund or a replacement. If you prefer a refund, we will process it as soon as we receive the returned item.

    9. Are there any restocking fees for returns?

    We do not charge restocking fees for returns at this time.

    10. How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund or replacement?

    Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear in your account, while replacement items will be processed and shipped out promptly.

    12. I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can you reship my order to my correct address at no charge to me?

    I'm sorry, but we cannot cover the cost of reshipping an order due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. It's important to double-check your address information during the ordering process to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

    13. Do you offer refunds for reasons outside of the above?

    No, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for reasons other than those mentioned above.

    14. Do you offer exchanges?

    15. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

    We understand that circumstances can change. We create each item with care. Ideally, we can only accommodate order cancellations within the first 24 hours from the time we receive your order. If your order has already entered active processing or has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to cancel it. However, if you placed an order by mistake, you can still return it as long as the item(s) remains in its original, unopened Inspire Hope Creations packaging.
